Welcome to LinkeeApp (operated under package com.linkeechat.app). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use LinkeeApp.

LinkeeApp is designed exclusively for an adult audience. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use this app. By accessing LinkeeApp, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2. User Content & Conduct Guidelines

We strive to keep LinkeeApp a respectful and safe community. You agree not to perform any of the following activities:

• Posting or sharing fake profiles, impersonating others, or providing false personal data.
• Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating other users.
• Posting hate speech, sexually explicit content, violence, or illegal materials.
• Using the platform for spamming, scams, or unauthorized commercial solicitations.

3. Community Reporting & Account Banning Policy

To enforce safe user interactions, LinkeeApp provides robust moderation mechanisms:

• Reporting System: Users can flag inappropriate accounts or inappropriate social profile submissions directly through our in-app reporting tools.
• Account Termination & Banning: We reserve the right to review reported profiles and immediately ban or suspend any user account found in violation of these Terms without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Interactions & Limitation of Liability

LinkeeApp functions as a connection platform that allows users to share external social handles and redirects users via Intent links (e.g., to WhatsApp or external messaging platforms).

Limitation of Liability: LinkeeApp does not control, monitor, or host external third-party messaging conversations. We are not responsible or liable for any interactions, damages, disputes, financial losses, or misconduct that occur between users on external third-party platforms.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

We constantly update LinkeeApp to improve performance and user experience. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or pricing structure at any time without prior notification.

6. Account Deletion

You can terminate your agreement with LinkeeApp at any time by deleting your account through the app's settings menu or by removing the application from your device.

7. Governing Law & Updates

These terms are subject to change at our discretion. Continued use of the application after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
